30-Day Returns

You may request a return within 30 days after receiving your order. Ordinary change-of-mind returns must be unused, in their original condition and include original packaging where reasonably possible. Misuse, modification, damage after delivery and customized goods may be excluded from commercial returns where law permits. These restrictions do not override mandatory withdrawal rights or remedies for defective or non-conforming goods.

Requesting a Return

Email sugarpods@sikaiglobal.com with your order number, product, selected option, reason and relevant photos or video. We usually reply within 1–3 business days. Contact us before shipping: support will provide the correct instructions and address. Our registered office and original shipping-label address are not return addresses unless support specifically instructs you to use them.

Destinations and Return Costs

Approved returns for US-delivered orders generally go to a designated US facility. Orders delivered elsewhere generally return to a designated mainland China facility, unless support provides different instructions. The exact address is supplied after reviewing your order.

Customers pay return postage for change of mind, wrong product or incorrect model selection where permitted by law. Non-US returns may involve international postage to China; check the cost first. Mandatory rules requiring us to bear costs take priority.

Defective, Damaged, Incomplete or Incorrect Goods

Contact us promptly with relevant product, packaging and shipping-label photographs or video. After verification, an appropriate remedy may include replacement, refund, a prepaid return method or reimbursement of reasonable return costs. Statutory remedies for non-conforming goods remain unaffected.

Refunds, Exchanges and Cancellations

We notify you of the decision after receiving and inspecting an ordinary commercial return. Approved refunds go to the original payment method; the bank or payment provider determines when funds appear after submission. Statutory refund deadlines take priority. Contact support to arrange an exchange or cancel or change an order. Interception is not guaranteed after processing or dispatch, but applicable return or withdrawal rights remain available.

EU Withdrawal and Mandatory Rights

Eligible EU distance purchases generally carry a 14-day right from delivery to notify withdrawal without giving a reason. Our 30-day policy does not reduce that right. Necessary inspection does not itself remove withdrawal rights, although handling beyond what is necessary may justify a deduction where law permits.

Applicable withdrawal refunds include the least expensive standard delivery charge and are due without undue delay, normally within 14 days of notification. Withholding until goods or evidence of return arrive may be permitted. Direct return costs fall to the consumer only where law permits and this was disclosed before purchase. More favorable mandatory local rights and remedies for defective goods take priority.
