These Terms apply to purchases and use of sugarpods.cn, operated by SIKAI INT'L TRADING (HK) CO., LIMITED under the SugarPods brand. By using the store or placing an order you agree to the applicable terms. Mandatory rights take priority over conflicting provisions.

1. Eligibility and Customer Information

You must be legally capable of contracting, or involve a parent or guardian where required. Provide accurate order, contact and delivery information. Protect account credentials and notify us of suspected unauthorized access.

2. Product Information and Options

Product pages identify intended use, compatible models, package contents, colors and options. Photographs may show devices, cables or props not included in every option. Organizer-only options exclude a cable; cable sets include only the described cable. Tracker holders exclude a tracker unless expressly stated.

Screen settings affect displayed colors. Minor variations do not remove remedies where goods materially differ from their description. Dimensions are approximate where stated; contact us before buying if a particular measurement is essential.

3. Compatibility and Safe Use

Check connector dimensions, cable thickness and folded length or the exact tracker model before purchase. Similar names or connector types do not establish fit. Follow instructions and do not force incompatible parts into an organizer or device port.

Decorative organizers and cable loops are not phone lanyards, wrist straps or safety tethers and must not suspend or secure a phone. Cable ratings are maximum ratings; actual charging depends on compatible equipment and profiles. The organizer itself does not charge devices. Mandatory defective-goods remedies remain unaffected.

4. Prices, Availability and Checkout

Prices and currency are displayed in the store and confirmed at checkout. Review the variant, quantity, address, charges and payment method before paying. Stock, prices and promotions may change for future orders; later offers do not retroactively change an accepted purchase. Charges collected by us are disclosed before completion. Destination import charges may arise separately under the Shipping Policy.

5. Orders and Confirmation

Keep your confirmation and order number. If an item cannot be fulfilled, a material listing error affects the order or details require verification, we will contact you to resolve it. Orders cancelled by us after payment receive refunds for the cancelled goods to the original method. Materially different substitutions require your agreement.

6. Payment and Statement Names

Available methods are shown at checkout and may vary by country, currency and provider. Payments may use the operator's SIKAI merchant account, so statements may show SIKAI or the company rather than SugarPods. Your confirmation identifies the purchase. See our Payment Policy and contact us if you cannot identify a charge. Do not send full payment credentials to support.

7. Shipping and Delivery

The Shipping Policy explains processing, estimates, tracking, destinations, import charges and delivery issues. Estimates are not guaranteed dates. Contact us about lost, substantially delayed or incorrectly delivered shipments for investigation and an appropriate remedy under applicable law.

8. Changes and Cancellations

Contact us promptly to cancel or correct an address. Changes may be impossible after processing or dispatch. Shipment interception limits do not remove applicable return or withdrawal rights.

9. Returns, Refunds and Defects

The Refund Policy explains 30-day commercial returns, approval, destinations, costs and original-method refunds. Obtain return instructions before posting goods; our registered office is not a return facility. Defective, damaged, incorrect, incomplete or non-conforming goods are handled separately from change-of-mind returns, with mandatory remedies preserved.

10. Limited Warranty

The Warranty Policy explains our commercial limited warranty. Commercial exclusions for wear, misuse or accidental damage do not override statutory manufacturing-defect or non-conformity remedies.

11. Website Use

Do not use the store for fraud, unlawful activity, impersonation, abusive communications, infringement or interference with security or availability. We may reasonably restrict access to address such conduct without cancelling accrued purchase, refund or statutory rights.

12. Content and Third Parties

Protected content may not be used commercially or reproduced without permission or a legal basis. Third-party names identify compatibility and belong to their owners. Links, platform services and payment services have their own terms; links do not make SugarPods an official or endorsed accessory brand.

13. Privacy

Personal information is handled under our Privacy Policy. Available sharing choices are accessible through Your Privacy Choices. Privacy controls and consent rules continue to apply independently of these Terms.

14. Errors and Updates

We may correct errors or update terms for future use. If an error affects your order, we will explain it and agree on a solution or provide an appropriate refund. Updates do not waive rights or replace agreed purchase terms unless legally required or agreed with you.

15. Responsibility and Mandatory Rights

We do not promise uninterrupted website availability or identical performance with all third-party equipment. We remain responsible for obligations that cannot lawfully be excluded, including non-conforming goods. Nothing excludes liability that applicable law prohibits us from excluding. Usage warnings are not a blanket waiver for defective products.

16. Disputes and Governing Law

Contact us with the order number and issue to seek a resolution. Hong Kong law governs these Terms subject to mandatory consumer protections. Hong Kong courts have non-exclusive jurisdiction where legally applicable; consumers retain protections and available courts under mandatory local law.

17. Remaining Terms and Language

If a provision is unenforceable, other provisions continue where lawful. These Terms, applicable product and order information and linked policies form the purchase terms; specific agreed order terms and mandatory law take priority. English is the policy language, with translations for convenience where available, subject to applicable law.
